Service Description
(This course is currently full- please contact me to be on the wait list.) Give your child the tools to move with strength, confidence, and control! This small-group class (max. 5 students) is perfect for building a strong foundation in a safe, encouraging environment. Using fun, age-appropriate equipment—small dumbbells, Pilates balls, yoga blocks, and resistance bands—students will improve core, hip, and joint stability before progressing to greater strength and endurance over the semester. Spots are limited—perfect for active kids who want to get stronger and prevent injuries while having fun!
