Service Description
This station based full body workout is designed to be high intensity and paced for max gains. Timed intervals and short rest periods will keep you sweating. If you enjoy pushing yourself and love a good countdown to zero, this class will keep you on your toes. Dumbbells, ab balls, bands, plyo boxes and benches allow for a variety of exercises that strengthen and tone. As with all classes, modifications are always available and my personal attention as you workout will ensure all levels get the most out of the class!
